Gold Sponsorship Level Benefits:

Preferred reserved seating for eight (1 table) in exclusive tented area throughout the show with buffet breakfast, lunch and beverages for six days. This also includes several wine tasting and dinner opportunities.
Sponsor may host event under Sponsor tent.
Vendor booth option at a reduced rate for Sponsor promotion.
Sponsor may provide advertisement(s) and/or tributes for MCHS official digital show program. (Sponsor to provide camera-ready artwork for submission.)
Sponsor’s jump and one (1) promotional banner displayed during the show (Sponsor to provide custom jump).
Opportunity to provide promotional segments on live-stream platform. (Placement and number of segments determined upon sponsor level.)
Sponsorship name included in Menlo Charity Horse Show publicity.
Sponsorship name included on all classes where Sponsor’s awards are presented. Sponsor may assist in awards presentation.
Sponsorship logo displayed on the Menlo website with link to Sponsor’s website.
Color photograph of horse and rider over Sponsor’s jump or win presentation by Sponsor.
Ability to provide Sponsor promotional products and/or materials to exhibitors, trainers and sponsors.

Dedicated Menlo Liaison to aid Sponsor in planning all aspects of Sponsorship show benefits.

Gold level Sponsorships start at $10,000.00.

Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

The Menlo Charity Horse Show also offers customized sponsorships and can tailor benefits to suite individual and/or business needs. Our goals are to both produce a successful horse show as well as to raise money for Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. These endeavors are shared with our desire to make each sponsorship experience rewarding for all involved.
